Frequently asked questions

01 How does the subscription work?
Choose between a monthly or annual plan. Both auto-renew at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.
02 What happens if I lose my license key?
If you ticked "Save my email so I can recover my key" at checkout, you can recover it from the "Lost your key?" form further down on this page. If you did NOT opt-in to email recovery, the key cannot be recovered — always store it safely (a password manager is recommended).
03 Can I use Pro on multiple devices?
Yes. Your license key works on any number of devices. Your portfolio syncs end-to-end encrypted across all of them. If you make changes on two devices offline at the same time, we detect the conflict and let you resolve it without losing data.
04 How secure is my data?
Your portfolio is encrypted in your browser with AES-256-GCM using a key derived from your license via PBKDF2 (310,000 iterations). Only devices with your license key can decrypt it. We store an opaque blob and cannot read your data.
05 Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. From the "Manage subscription" button that appears on this page when you’re logged into Pro, or from your purchase confirmation email. You keep access until the end of your paid period. Your encrypted data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you re-subscribe.
06 Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Full 14-day no-questions-asked refund from your first purchase, valid worldwide. EU/EEA/UK consumers also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. See our full Refund Policy.
07 How do I contact support?
Email support@compoundvision.app. We respond within 48 hours (typically under 24h for Pro subscribers). Include your transaction ID or purchase email for faster processing on refund or account requests.
08 Is this financial advice?
No. CompoundVision is a calculation and tracking tool only. Nothing on the site constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Investments carry risk and past performance does not guarantee future results. Always consult a qualified professional before making important financial decisions. See our full Terms of Service.
09 Do you charge VAT?
Yes, for customers in the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions with digital service taxes. VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing address and added to the displayed price. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID can apply reverse charge (0% VAT).
10 What payment methods are accepted?
Monthly and annual subscriptions: all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express); depending on your country, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, and Klarna may also be available. Multi-year subscriptions (1, 2, or 3 years) can also be paid via cryptocurrency. Card payment processing is 100% handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your card details.
