About dividend tracking
Annualization uses the trailing 12 months of dividends — handles quarterly, monthly, semi-annual and special dividends without assuming a fixed schedule. Per-share amounts use FMP's adjusted figures (splits-corrected) when available. DRIP is informational — we don't auto-mutate share counts; users record reinvested dividends as separate buy transactions if they want them in cost basis.
